Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) 

Location: Seattle, WA
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift|

Pay: $110k - $160k 

 
Role Highlights 

• Provide comprehensive medical care to adult & geriatric patients 
• Practice across post-acute, skilled nursing, long-term care & assisted living settings 
• Conduct patient assessments and manage acute & chronic conditions 
• Develop and implement treatment plans 
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests 
• Coordinate care with nursing staff and consulting providers 
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation 
• On-call coverage as required 

 
Requirements 

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA-C program 
• Eligible for or holding an unrestricted license 
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority (or eligibility) 
• Board Certified or Board Eligible 
• Eligible to participate in Medicare & Medicaid programs
