Bilingual Assistant Community Manager (Spanish/English Required) Location: Onsite - Gresham, OR Schedule: Part-Time, 24 hours per week (3 days per week) Assignment Length: 1-2 Month Contract Pay: $20 - $25 per hour DOE
Position Overview
LHH Recruitment is seeking a Bilingual Assistant Community Manager to support day-to-day property operations at a residential community in Gresham. This is a short-term, part-time onsite contract ideal for someone with prior property management experience who is fluent in both Spanish and English and enjoys working directly with residents.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospective residents, in both Spanish and English
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with resident inquiries
- Support leasing activities, including scheduling tours and assisting with applications
- Help maintain resident files and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
- Assist with rent collection follow-ups and general office support
- Communicate professionally with vendors, residents, and internal team members
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written) - required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in property management, leasing, or a related administrative role is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working onsite and interacting with residents daily
- Proficient with basic office software and property management systems
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
