Licensed Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT)

Location: Tulsa
Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Respiratory Therapist to join a growing healthcare team dedicated to delivering high-quality respiratory care. In this role, you will assess, implement, and evaluate respiratory therapy treatments for patients in both critical and non-critical care settings while collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor patients’ respiratory status and clinical condition

  • Administer respiratory treatments including nebulizer therapy, aerosol treatments, and medical gases

  • Perform chest physiotherapy, incentive spirometry, and respiratory mechanics testing

  • Manage invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation

  • Assist with clinical procedures such as intubation, extubation, bronchoscopy, and suctioning

  • Monitor patient response to ventilator adjustments and respiratory therapies

  • Document patient care and verify physician orders within the EMR system

  • Respond to Code Blue and emergency situations as required

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient care programs

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program

  • Active Oklahoma Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License or temporary letter to practice

  • CRT or RRT certification through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)

  • BLS certification within 2 months of hire

  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Preferred Experience

  • ICU experience required

  • NICU and ER experience preferred

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment
