- Responsible for teaching, facilitating, and driving CI standards across the board
- Will drive company’s standards, methods and tools to deliver results in safety, throughput, productivity cost, and inventory/delivery performance
- Will be the plant’s lean expert
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of CI experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree is required Engineering is preferred
- Aerospace background is preferred
