Join a well-established ENT team at a 402-bed hospital in West Texas. This hospital-employed position offers strong clinical support, flexible volume expectations, and compensation aligned with the productivity you choose. Practice Overview
- Clinic located in the same parking lot as the hospital for seamless workflow
- Bread-and-butter general ENT with high patient volume
- Extensive hospital support services in a large, full-service facility
- Established referral base with immediate demand
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 1:3 call rotation
- Call coverage compensated
Compensation & Benefits
- 500,000 guaranteed base salary
- Production incentives with current physicians earning 700,000+
