Cenveo, a leading envelope manufacturer, is hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanics for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd shifts to maintain, repair, and install production machinery in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate $25 - $32/hr hr depending on experience + shift premiums (2nd & 3rd shifts)
• 2nd shift premium $1.25/hr / 3:25pm – 11:25pm (Mon – Fri)
• 3rd shift premium $1.50/hr / 11:20pm - 7:20am (Sun - Thurs)
• Flexibility to train on any shift including 1st shift 7:15 am – 3:30pm (Mon – Fri)
• Overtime may be required during busy season/based on business needs.
• Shift availability is subject to change

Primary Duties

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and part replacements
• Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs
• Install, align, and modify equipment and components
• Read technical manuals/blueprints and maintain maintenance records
• Follow all safety procedures and support other departments as needed

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years mechanical maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude (hydraulics, pneumatics, gears)
• Skilled in troubleshooting and using hand/power tools
• Ability to read technical documents; basic computer skills
• Willingness to work overtime or assist with shift coverage
• Consistent attendance and dependability are critical for this role

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, carrying
• Lift up to 50 lbs; push/pull up to 75–100 lbs
• Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue
• Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipment
