Position: Maintenance Technician
Pay Rate: $17.50 - $18.50/hr
Shifts Available: 1st shift
Location: Mount Laurel, NJ 08054

What You’ll Be Doing

We’re hiring immediately for Maintenance Technician roles in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We’re hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, equipment repair, and continuous improvement across production machinery and facilities. Responsibilities may include:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Repair and maintain:
• Injection molding machines
• Motors, conveyors, grinders, and tools
• Review maintenance manuals and schedules to optimize uptime
• Coordinate maintenance around production schedules
• Estimate labor, parts, and supply needs
• Maintain detailed maintenance records for equipment and assets
• Support installation and setup of new equipment
• Initiate purchase orders for parts and supplies
• Continuously improve maintenance skills and techniques
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• More duties may be assigned upon hire.

What You’ll Need

• Associate’s degree or technical training OR
• 4+ years of related maintenance experience (or equivalent combination)
• Ability to read and interpret:
• Safety rules
• Maintenance manuals
• Technical procedures
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable with basic math, measurements, and calculations
• Valid forklift license required
• Regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, and kneel
• Lift: Up to 25 lbs frequently, Up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Work near moving machinery in a loud manufacturing environment

Additional Information

• 1st shift, 7:55am - 4:05am
• Monday - Friday
• Due to regulatory requirements, candidates must be a: U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Or Protected Individual (per 8 U.S.C. 1324b)
