Job Title: Career Navigator
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma (Onsite)
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 4 PM
Salary: $56K – $84K

Job Summary:
The Career Navigator supports workforce development by guiding individuals through healthcare career pathways, providing coaching, and connecting them with education, training, and job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide career counseling and personalized career plans
• Conduct workshops (resume, interviews, job readiness)
• Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and community organizations
• Support internships, mentorships, and talent pipeline programs
• Track participant progress and program outcomes
• Represent the organization at career events and community forums
• Manage scholarship programs and support job placement

Requirements:

• 3+ years in career development, talent acquisition, or workforce development
• Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, Education, or related)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of healthcare career pathways preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and ATS tools
