Now Hiring: Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) – $45/hr
Location: Long-Term Care Facility – Bronx, NY
Assignment Type: Long-Term Contract
Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
✔ Rotating weekends required
We’re seeking reliable, patient-focused LPNs who are passionate about delivering high-quality resident care in a collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide direct nursing care and support to residents
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Requirements:
✔ Active New York State LPN License
✔ Minimum 1 year of LTC or Skilled Nursing experience
✔ Current CPR / BLS Certification
Pay Rate: $45/hr
