Survey Crew Chief

Bourland Land Surveying is currently seeking applicants for Field Engineer / Crew Chief Position 
·         Conduct Boundary and Topographic Surveys

·         Construction Site layouts and other surveying activities

·         Supervise a Rodman and/or crew

·         Perform other duties assigned by supervisor

·         Must adhere to safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment

·         Be detail oriented, adaptable, and enthusiastic

·         Exhibit flexibility to work on multiple projects and react to changing client and company expectations

·         Be able to take direction and functions independently

·         Participate and become an active part of the project and division team

·         Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables based on client preferences and in areas where documentation may be          
          lacking, or limited standardization exists
·         Current and Valid Driver License

·         Ability to use personal vehicle.  Personal vehicle use will be compensated by the company.
