We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead one of our IHG limited-service hotels in a rapidly expanding, high-demand market. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven hospitality leader who thrives on building strong teams, delivering memorable guest experiences, and maximizing hotel performance.

Your Day-to-Day
- Lead overall hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Services
- Drive guest satisfaction scores, brand compliance, and service excellence
- Recruit, train, coach, and inspire a high-performing team culture
- Manage labor, forecasting and performance
- Maximize revenue through strong rate strategy, cost control, and local market awareness
- Ensure compliance with all IHG brand standards, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Act as the hotel’s ambassador in the community and local market
What We’re Looking For
- Proven General Manager or senior hotel leadership experience (limited-service preferred)
- Strong knowledge of IHG systems, including Opera, Merlin, N2 pricing, brand standards, and brand culture (preferred)
- A hands-on, visible leader who leads by example
- Passion for guest service and team development
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing market
