Life and Health Insurance Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities Include

• Outbound calls to set life insurance appointments
• Build and manage pipeline of opportunities
• Networking: Build relationships through community events, marketing events and other events to identify leads
• Prospecting: identifying and following up with prospective customers, internet leads, leads/opportunities from other in-book avenues, marketing and community events.
• Work opportunity from initial opportunity to issuance including servicing for first year, including obtaining all necessary supporting documents require
• Training: Continuous product training will be provided

Requirements

• Outgoing and resilient personality
• Proven track record of successes
• Experience with internet usage, computers, printers, scanners, and software technology like Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, CRM Software
• Detail oriented
• Exemplary customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must obtain life and health insurance licenses prior to start. Will be reimbursed for licensing expenses after 6 months of employment.

Compensation

• Base of $1,000 month plus commission.
• Potential Annual Income: $63,000+
• Access to optional participation in 401K plan after 6 months of employment
• Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Specific monthly expectations will be set for your position/role.
• Paid Vacation Days after 6 months of employment
