Maintenance Technicians - 1st and 3rd Shift

POSITION SUMMARY

Provide support for all operations, both automated and non-automated, by performing troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, and preventive/predictive maintenance tasks to ensure efficient and continuous production system operations in compliance with established procedures. Assist with the general maintenance of buildings, grounds, and facilities.

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent •1+ year maintenance or fabrication experience in an industrial environment
• Ability to learn new skills
• Self-started who can complete a list of assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Ability to operate machinery and technical equipment
• In-depth knowledge of system maintenance
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations
• Skilled in analyzing information and creating reports
• Ability to learn new skills on the job and in the classroom
• Good Mechanical and Electrical troubleshooting ability.

FUNCTONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
• Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
• Dismantles machinery and removes/replaces defective parts.
• Determines changes in requirements of parts by inspecting and measuring various instruments.
• Maintains inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders.
• Trains production workers on routine preventive maintenance.
• Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
• Prepares maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and filling it out on tablet.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 3RD SHIFT - DUPONT ROTATING SCHEDULE (7PM-7AM)
