Job Description
#1 - Adult team member needed to fulfill a morning work shift from 7:30am - 12pm Monday - Friday. This is an opening position and employee is responsible for all opening activities, restocking, dishes, cleaning equipment and floors.
#2 - Adult team member needed to full an afternoon shift of Thursday - Saturday 3pm - 8pm (15 hours per week). This is a closing postion where the employee is responsible for restocking , cleaning equipment including fryers, dishes and floors.
3# - Adult team member needed to fill weekend shift saturday 10-6 and Sunday 11-4 (13 hours per week). This position is weekend only and is responsible for deep cleaning all stainless steel, grease trap, dishes and restock.
#4 - Adult team member to work on our BBQ and or Lobster/Seafood truck. this position is primarily weekends, both saturday and sunday. Mostly local events in and around Madison County. Some travel outside county with in an hour drive but transportation is available.

Job Summary

General Accountabilities
- Inspects and clean food preparation areas or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices.
- works in a clean manor. knows and is familiar with FDA food code and Health Department Regulations
- shows up to work on time for given shift in clean clothing and presentable attire.
- Ensures food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, grills, and roasters.
- Ensures freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock.
- Seasons and cooks food according to recipes and standards of established dishes
- The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
Job Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 6 months to one year of related kitchen experience prefered.
