Job Summary
We are seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner with a specialization in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to join our compassionate and collaborative healthcare team in either Deltona or Lake Mary, Florida.

In this vital role, you will take the lead in managing patient care while working closely with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary team members to deliver outstanding outcomes. Your clinical expertise and patient-centered approach will play a key role in elevating the quality of care we provide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive physical exams, make accurate diagnoses, and develop effective treatment plans

  • Educate and empower patients to take an active role in their health

  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

  • Mentor and support clinical staff to promote continuous learning and teamwork

  • Utilize advanced EMR systems and AI-powered tools to streamline documentation and enhance patient communication

Clinical Experience:
  • Experience working in Family Medicine setting with minimum 1 year (out-patient, hospital, etc.)
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Nursing.
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Accredited NP program completion, with a focus on Primary Care.
  • Excellent communication and patient management skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Active BLS/ CPR certification
  • Valid Driver's License
