We’re seeking a driven, detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our high-performing Sales Team and deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact to final close.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a key support partner to the Sales Team through client communication and lead follow-up
• Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
• Assist with sales campaigns and initiatives to drive revenue growth
• Provide professional support via phone and email to prospects and clients
• Ensure seamless coordination throughout the sales process

What You Bring

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proven customer service mindset with a sales-driven approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• CRM experience (Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar) preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
