LCSW Supervisor (Queens)

Well-established behavioral health agency is seeking an experienced Social Worker to act as a LCSW supervisor for its outpatient clinic in Queens, New York.

Experience with an outpatient (Article 31) OMH-licensed mental health clinics is an absolute MUST. The supervisor is (a) responsible for maintaining the quality and effectiveness of clinical services (b) oversees direct staff and a range of administrative tasks related to clinical operations (c) maintains OMH regulatory compliance (d) oversees the development, implementation and maintenance of all program operations (e) responsible for continuous improvement of program components including but not limited to policy and procedures, staff training, and maximizing productivity

• Familiarity with OMH Part 599 regulations and standards of care will lead to stronger consideration.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Substance Abuse experience is a plus
• Flexible hours is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $90,000 to $120,000
