Critical Care APP (ICU) - 7-on/ 7-off Schedule (mix of Day and Night)

Join a physician-led private practice managing an 18-bed ICU and pulmonary patients. We offer a "turnkey" clinical environment where you can focus on quality patient care without the administrative chaos of a large corporate hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

As a group, provide 24/7 onsite coverage for a 18-bed ICU.

Perform standard ICU procedures (vent management, central lines, etc.) as needed.

Conduct daily rounds with the on call physician and coordinate with consulting specialties.

Maintain seamless communication with the attending physicians.

Qualifications:

Current Board Certification as an PA-C or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP)

Minimum 2 years of ICU or Critical Care experience preferred (strong new grads with high-acuity RN backgrounds considered).

Proactive, self-motivated clinician who thrives in an autonomous environment.
