Reflex Performance Resources Inc. is a leading activewear company operating brands including 90 Degree by Reflex, Yogalicious, Reflex, and Bootyful. We design, manufacture, and distribute globally across wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels.
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support creative production across our eCommerce and digital marketing channels.
Role Overview
The Graphic Designer will work directly under our Art Director to execute high-quality creative assets across website, email, paid media, and social platforms.
This is a production-focused role for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate direction into clean, conversion-driven creative.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & eCommerce Creative
- Design homepage banners, collection headers, and promotional graphics
- Create email graphics and supporting assets for campaigns
- Develop creative for paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Produce social media posts and short-form visual content
Performance Marketing Support
- Design ad creative optimized for engagement and conversion
- Iterate on variations of existing ads to support A/B testing
- Adapt creative to multiple aspect ratios and platform specs
Brand & Production Execution
- Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines
- Prepare final files for web and digital distribution
- Maintain organized file structures and version control
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and eCommerce teams to execute campaigns on deadline
Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of professional graphic design experience (in-house or agency)
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital, email, and paid ad creative
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)
- Experience designing for eCommerce brands preferred
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to execute quickly while maintaining quality
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
