PARCEL DELIVERY/PICKUP DRIVER

We are seeking a PARCEL DELIVERY/PICKUP DRIVER to join our team! We are an independent service provider for FEDEX GROUND. You will be responsible for safely operating a Truck/Stepvan with a capacity of at least 22,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW).

Knowledge of CENTEREACH, SELDEN, PORTJEFFERSON, PORTJEEFERSON ST., MT SINAI, MILLER PLACE, SOUND BEACH, ROCKY POINT, SHOREHAM, WADING RIVER , RIDGE, AND MANORVILLE ARE A PLUS.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload cargo
• Route out your day with the packages on your vehicle
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect truck before and after trip

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in truck driving or other related field
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong work ethic
• Must have a clean license
• Full back ground will be preformed
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical along with a drug test
