About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at GARTH DENTAL PC as a Front Desk Receptionist! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
- Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Process payments and manage insurance claims accurately.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support dental staff as needed.
- Handle patient communications and follow-up reminders.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is preferred.
- Proficient in using office software and dental practice management systems.
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
