Snow Removal Crew

Thompson & Associates is hiring snowplow drivers, operators, and laborers

Plow Duties Include:
- Operate pickup-mounted snowplow
- Operate pickup-mounted sanders
- Light Shoveling
-pre-trip and post-trip trucks

Operator duties Include:
-Operate various equipment including;
Skidsteer
Large loaders with a bucket or 20 ft push blades
Dozer
Graders
Vacuum truck
-Light shoveling
-Pre-trip and post-trip equipment

Laborer Duties include:
-Shoveling snow
-Operate walk behind snow blowers
-Operate walk behind sidewalk brooms
-Apply ice melt via ice melt spreader

Requirements:
-Clean driving record
-Pass a background check
-Reliable transportation
-Appropriate cold weather gear
-Plow experience preferred
-Previous operator experience

Pay varies per position and experience. All work is at Ted Stevens Airport Applicants must be able to pass an extensive 10-year TSA background check.
