Dispatcher/CSR

Major functions of the Dispatcher/CSR Front Desk position include customer service, processing calls, scheduling and confirming jobs, ordering parts and products, sending estimates, processing warranty claims and supporting field service technicians as needed. The right candidate for this position must be:  results oriented, a great multi-tasker, very proficient with technology, a great communicator with the ability to deliver excellent customer service. Must be a resourceful problem solver and be able to take direction from management. Other experience that would be a plus but not mandatory would include: sales, administrative, bookkeeping, social media management and garage door or gate industry experience.
