Job Captain

We are seeking a talented Job Captain to join our diverse and creative team. As Job Captain you will be responsible for collaborating with staff, consultants, and clients to develop innovative and functional designs for a variety of building types.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project concepts, design drawings, construction documents, and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Work with the team to understand the project requirements and goals.
• Conduct research on materials, building systems, and construction methods.
• Produce detailed drawings and specifications for construction documents.
• Participate in design meetings, construction site visits, and project reviews to ensure design solutions meet project requirements.
• Review and analyze building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws and standards.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and new technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or similar discipline.
• 3+ years of experience required in Interior Design, Architecture, or similar discipline.
• 3+ years of experience required with Revit.
• Familiarity with software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office 365, is highly desirable.
• Portfolio of design work that demonstrates creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
