Hotel Maintenance Technician

Position Overview
We’re seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our property running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who is strong with electrical, HVAC, and general repairs and takes pride in fixing issues quickly and correctly.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance issues
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Respond quickly to guest maintenance requests
• Repair fixtures, appliances, doors, locks, and equipment
• Maintain HVAC systems (filters, thermostats, basic servicing)
• Complete work orders and maintenance logs
• Assist with painting, carpentry, and general upkeep

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with electrical and HVAC systems (required)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Reliable and responsive with a strong work ethic
• Previous hotel or facility maintenance experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Comfortable standing, bending, and working in various conditions

Schedule

• Full-time
• Must be available for weekends and holidays as needed
