Responsible for daily scheduling of AV Service Staff
Create and develop daily scopes of work for service technicians
Communicate effectively with field service technicians in order to assist with the progress of service calls/projects
Support field technicians, programmers, and commissioning technicians with the service and completion of video and audio conferencing systems
Work closely with other IT departments when overseeing the service of video conferencing systems, new AV systems, and/or installing devices that require network access such as but not limited to AV Components, Smart TVs, CISCO devices, streaming and/or lecture capture
Maintain a list of needed improvements to existing installations; prioritize improvement projects
Ability to provide basic over-the-phone troubleshooting to determine best course of action with a client’s service request
Monitor project progress and tasks within deadlines
Provide feedback and updates to clients after completion of service calls
