Director of Operations

Job Title: ERP Production Lead
Department: Operations
Reports To: Director of Operations

Position Summary:
The ERP Production Lead is a key member of the Operations Team who will be responsible for assisting team members with daily operational tasks as well as troubleshooting and resolution of issues. This individual will work in a manufacturing environment, supporting operations by becoming familiar with the ERP and operations procedures and processes, and correcting issues as they arise. They will work closely in a cross-functional setting with Operations team members, providing continuous feedback, ideas, and problem-solving analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Apply learned known from current ERP system to resolve troubleshoot and provide end-user support for production and shipping employees
• Provide feedback for potential system issues
• Manage applicable documentation, manuals, and procedures for training purposes
• Provide ad-hoc training as part of issue-resolutions
• Other job responsibilities to be assigned at Manger discretion.

Ideal candidate will exhibit the following skill sets:

• Problem solving skills and the ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Detail oriented with the ability to track multiple issues in parallel
• Strong communicator; both written and verbal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic cross-functional team setting.
• Experience in a manufacturing operation is a plus
• Experience with ERP system (Dynamics, SAP, etc) is a plus
• Bachelors Degree
