Prepare items such as salad bases, fruit cups, grilled wraps, parfaits, etc.
Wash and chop produce daily
Rotate stock and ensure food safety protocol is in place
Order truck orders several times per week and ensure all stock us properly labeled and rotated
Communicate effectively with the team
Work well with others
Work at a quick-pace and work well under pressure
