Bi-Lingual Legal Collections Customer Service Representative

Debski & Associates, P.A. is looking for Spanish/English Bi-lingual candidates to join our legal customer service collections team. The primary responsibility of this position is the ability to handle inbound/outbound calls with additional responsibilities to assist the attorney to prepare for legal action or resolve lawsuits. Additional responsibilities include the following:

• Contact consumers regarding file in the office for resolution.
• Need to be detailed oriented and be able to work in fast-paced environment
• Need to be able to utilize the computer and internet to skip trace and gather information
• Ability to negotiate and build confidence to resolve accounts
• Ability to work Evenings until 6pm
• In Office position only
• Must be reliable

Qualifications:

• Spanish/English Bi-lingual
• One year or more of collections experience preferred
• Effective customer service, communication and skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a production driven environment
• Ability to learn and adhere to all state and federal laws
• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test
