Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging.
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites safely and efficiently.
- Utilize landscaping equipment and tools to ensure high-quality service.
- Communicate with clients to understand their landscaping needs.
- Maintain equipment and report any issues to management.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Assist in the training of new team members when necessary.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred.
- Knowledge of lawn maintenance best practices and equipment.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
