Extended Care Worker

All Saints Episcopal School seeks part-time after school childcare employee that will guide our students in our after school program (Saints Care) from 3:45-6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. This position will involve collaborating with other workers to deliver the strongest education and experience possible for the students. While maintaining a meaningful support role for students, you will be expected to contribute to a positive and cohesive team attitude while nurturing and inspiring curious, confident, joyful learners.

Preferred qualifications:

· Two years of experience working with children

· Ability to be an innovative, collaborative and a positive member of the school community

· Have a friendly, sociable and welcoming personality

Responsibilities include:

· Becoming familiar with program policies and ensuring that such policies are properly implemented

· Facilitating/monitoring students with homework and other activities

· Encouraging a positive classroom community

· Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organized learning area

· Effectively supervising students during work and activity times
