We’re looking for a Manufacturing Associate who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and wants to grow their skills working with progressive metal stamping dies.

What You’ll Do

·         Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of progressive metal stamping presses and dies

·         Inspect stamped components for quality and accuracy using measurement tools

·         Troubleshoot minor issues and work alongside skilled technicians to keep production running smoothly

·         Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area

·         Participate in cross-training to expand your manufacturing skill set

What We’re Looking For

·         Mechanical aptitude and a keen eye for detail

·         Experience with metal stamping, dies, or manufacturing machinery (preferred but not required — we provide training!)

·         Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings and measurements

·         Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic

·         Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic production environment
