About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Monitor production processes and adjust settings to maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Document production data and report any discrepancies to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC milling operations.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming and G-code.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
