RESPONSIBILITIES OF HOUSEKEEPERS:

• Cleaning activities, including sweeping, polishing, dusting, mopping, trash removal, and laundry

• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards

• Protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies

• Notify supervisors on any damages or issues

• Handle reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience

• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate

• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and any company-related practices

QUALIFICATIONS FOR HOUSEKEEPERS:

• A MINIMUM of 6 months to 1 year of experience

• Working quickly without compromising quality

• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance

REQUIREMENTS FOR HOUSEKEEPERS:

• Clean, friendly, and professional appearance

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Team player who works well with others

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Responsible & dependable, with reliable transportation
