Paycruit Anaheim is looking for a Screw Machine Operator

Monday-Thursday

4:00-3:00pm

Fridays

4:00am-10:00am

$20per hour

Must have knowledge of some of the following

This is the information of the machine, Greenlee Multi Spindle Automatic Screw Machines.

Level 1 Part checker

A ) measure parts / use caliper & micrometer / read blueprint for measuring parts

B ) clean machine

C ) keep work area clean

Level 2 Machine operator

A ) sharpening tool ( form tool, drills

B ) keep machine running

C ) can read drawing / blueprints

D ) use comparator ( angle, radius, intersection point )

E ) keep work area clean

Level 3 Setup guy

A ) easy setup ( blanks w/out threads)

B ) keep work area clean

Level 4 Machine operator and setup

A ) setup any job

B ) setup, mechanical adjustments to machines

C ) sharpen any tool including taps, drill, forms, and tool bits

D ) keep work area clean
