Reach Truck Operator

Penmac Staffing is hiring experienced Reach Truck Operators for a manufacturing facility in Greer, SC. These full-time positions offer weekly pay and immediate openings on multiple shifts.

Requirements for the Reach Truck Operator:
• At least 12 months of recent experience operating Crown stand-up reach trucks or similar equipment
• Ability to pass a forklift skills test on the first day
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and wear steel-toed boots
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check
• Strong attention to safety and reliability in a fast-paced warehouse setting

Reach Truck Operator Responsibilities:
• Safely load and unload automotive parts from trucks and bulk containers
• Move, lift, and organize parts onto shelves, racks, and pallets
• Use RF scanners to track and move parts throughout the warehouse
• Operate stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and tuggers in narrow aisles
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment

Shift Information and Pay
• A Shift (1st): Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. Overtime required (10-hour shifts). Pay: $18.00/hr
• B Shift (2nd): Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–2:30 AM. Pay: $19.50/hr
