Data Entry Specialist

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with experience in accounts payable processes to support high-volume data entry and invoice processing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can maintain accuracy while meeting strict deadlines and service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable exceptions, invoices, and payments in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform high-volume data entry from multiple sources into internal systems and databases
• Ensure all entries meet quality, accuracy, and compliance standards
• Review and verify data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
• Support daily operations to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of financial transactions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related financial processes
• 2+ years of high-volume data entry experience with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, or SAP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Position is 100% onsite Monday - Friday.
