Medical Assistant

Experienced Medical Assistant needed for a private practice. This is a full time position in a fast paced, OB/GYN office.
Work hours may vary.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a self-starter with great written and verbal communication skills. In need of someone who can be a team player, is organized and can multi-task. They must be computer savvy. OB/GYN experience and Medical Assistant certification preferred. Athena EMR charting is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities include:
Triaging
Assessing vitals
Collection, handling, and processing labs
Explain procedures and physician instructions to patients

Must have:
Knowledge and have the ability to comply with OSHA and HIPPA regulations
