Schedule: M-F 7am-3:30 pm with OT

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our team. This role involves managingincoming shipments, verifying orders, and ensuring accurate inventory records. The idealcandidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and works collaboratively with other departments. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoorsin varying weather conditions, including both cold and hot environments. Forklift experience is a plus but not required; training can be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices.
• Record and report discrepancies or damaged goods to the appropriate personnel.
• Unload, organize, and store products in designated storage areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by updating databases and filing paperwork.
• Collaborate with procurement and other teams to resolve receiving issues.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the receiving area.
• Operate pallet jacks or forklifts as needed (training provided if applicable).
• Perform job duties outdoors in various weather conditions, ensuring safe practices at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 40 lbs.).
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in both cold and hot weather.

Forklift experience is a plus!
