Job Description
Looking for full time crews for MWF or TTHS schedule. 6a to 6p and 7a to 7p. Willing to rotate assignments if need be to accommodate your schedule. Compensation depends on license level. EMT to CC Medic. Other benefits to come.
Job Summary: Treats and transports sick or injured patients to their appointments or appropriate medical facilities for care.
General Responsibilities: Responds to scheduled or non-scheduled calls and drives emergency vehicle to specific location. Maintains contact with dispatcher. Administers appropriate treatment needed at scene. Transfers patient to appointments in a timely manner. Communicates with both the patient and professional medical personnel to deliver proper care. Assists patient at facility as needed. Obtains proper paperwork and creates run tickets needed to perform the call. Maintains vehicle and associated equipment in working order. Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications: Currently licensed EMT, AEMT, or Paramedic in the state of Tennessee. Experience: Appropriate certifications and/or licensures. Experience not required, but preferred 1 year minimum.
