What We’re Looking For

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
• Smartphone with call, text, and data capability
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks including:
• Standing for extended periods
• Climbing stairs
• Bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 lbs

Schedule Availability

We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time team members available during:

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay & Compensation

• Starting pay: $18.00/hour
• Increase to $20/hour within 90 days based on performance
• Top performers earn up to $30.00/hour
• Weekly direct deposit (every Friday)
• Paid drive time between homes
• Daily gas stipends based on miles driven

Service Area & Travel

We serve homes within 30 miles of our office and schedule routes efficiently. Team members must be able to travel up to 60 minutes one way when needed.
