Pallet Sorter

Available Shifts:

• 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: Friday – Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are looking for dependable Pallet Sorters to join our team. In this role, you will sort, stack, and inspect pallets to ensure they meet quality standards for reuse or repair.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort pallets by size, condition, and type
• Inspect pallets for damage and separate repairable vs. scrap
• Stack pallets safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Assist with loading/unloading as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move heavy pallets (50+ lbs)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous warehouse or labor experience preferred 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK SCHEDULED SHIFT
