Hotel Night Auditor/Front desk

Front Desk/Night Auditor,

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and they should be able to coordinate and manage all types of people. Other skills include:

• Strong customer service
• knowledge of safety and bookeeping skills
• Attention to detail and organization skills
• Time management and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to answer complaints 
• Abiliity to solve problems and diffuse tense situations
• Must be bilingual
• Must be able to work our third shift 11:00pm to 7:30am
• check in and check out guests
• Perform Night audit
• Must keep lobby clean at all times.
• Keep coffe area clean
