Assembler - Production Solder/Electromechanical

SUMMARY: Under the direction of a supervisor/manager, provides assembly support in building Surface Mount SMT circuit boards and small electromechanical assemblies.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reads and follows work instructions, assembly drawings, and parts lists.

• Performs work as assigned
• Able to use basic hand tools and soldering tools.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area
• Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience related to soldering Surface Mount electronic components.

• Experience with IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 workmanship standards preferred.

• Ability to interpret all documentation, work instructions, and customer-supplied drawings.
• Ability to communicate with supervisor/manager and follow written and verbal instructions.
