Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and provide information about campground amenities and services
  • Manage phone systems, answer inquiries with professionalism, and direct calls appropriately using excellent phone etiquette
  • Maintain guest records, handle reservations, and assist with check-in and check-out procedures to ensure smooth front desk operations
  • Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning cabins, common bathrooms, laundry facility, and ensuring all spaces meet cleanliness standards
  • Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns, providing personalized guest services to enhance their experience
  • Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management
  • Uphold hospitality standards by maintaining a tidy front desk area and ensuring guest relations are positive and welcoming

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management roles, preferably within resorts or similar settings.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
  • A willingness to learn front desk operations, phone systems, and management software
  • Knowledge of guest relations practices and hospitality experience to deliver exceptional guest services
  • Ability to perform housekeeping tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Excellent phone etiquette skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment
