Fence Installer

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Fence Installer to join our team. This position involves installing and repairing a variety of fence types while working outdoors in all weather conditions. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and works well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair fences (wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chain link)
• Measure, dig, set posts, and secure panels and gates
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Load and unload materials at job sites
• Follow safety guidelines and company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
• Physically able to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Construction or fencing experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
• Ability to work in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions
