Caregiver/Home Care Aide

• Assist clients with daily activities and personal care including, but not limited to meal

         preparation, eating, bathing, and dressing, grooming, and using the bathroom

• Provide clients with mobility assistance

• Make transport arrangements for the client as needed

• Prepare and submit all applicable documentations in accordance with policies and procedures

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Possess current CPR certification

• Must be registered with CDSS Guardian Registry.

• Experience in home health, home care and hospice industry are a plus

• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Attention to details

• Have impeccable personal hygiene

• Ability to pass required TB test and physical exam

• Ability to perform light housekeeping

• Proven ability to behave with respect and compassion

• Can work independently with minimal supervision
