Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration)
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Observe, document, and report changes in client condition to the care team
Support basic clinical tasks within CNA scope of practice
Maintain accurate documentation and care notes
Ensure a safe, clean, and respectful environment
Follow individualized care plans and agency policies
Qualifications
Active CNA certification (Pennsylvania)
Valid BLS/CPR certification
At least 6 months of long-term care experience and home care preferred
Ability to pass background checks and all compliance requirements
Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach to care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Rate: CNA: $20/hr (Nursing Home)
