About the Role:
Join CMI Structural Solutions Inc as a Field Installation professional, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering top-notch structural solutions. Responsibilities:
- Execute on-site installation of structural components with precision and care.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct quality checks and safety inspections during installation processes.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in safe working condition.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior installation team members.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies on-site.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field installation or related construction work.
- Strong understanding of structural systems and installation techniques.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to travel to job sites as required. Some projects require extensive travel, time is paid.
