Hotel Front Desk Agent

Position Overview
Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel & Spa is looking for a polished and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to be the face of our guest experience.

This role is ideal for someone with hotel experience OR strong transferable front-facing experience (upscale restaurant host/hostess, concierge-style service, etc.) who knows how to create a welcoming, high-end experience.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests warmly and create a strong first impression
• Manage check-in/check-out efficiently and accurately
• Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns with professionalism
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Assist with reservations and booking updates
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth guest stays
• Provide recommendations for hotel amenities and local attractions

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in hotel front desk OR high-end customer-facing roles (host/hostess, concierge, guest services, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, polished demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable handling guest concerns and resolving issues
• Bilingual is a plus

Schedule

• Full-time
• Must be available for weekends and holidays as needed
